3. Scope of Services — Important Disclosure

Finnovate Ltd. does NOT provide:

  • Legal services or legal advice
  • Investment advice or asset management services
  • Audit or accounting opinions
  • Tax advisory in the regulated sense

Where such services are required, Finnovate may refer clients to appropriately licensed and qualified third-party providers.

5. Complaints Procedure

Clients dissatisfied with our services may file a complaint by writing to our Compliance Officer at aifc@finnovate.kz. We acknowledge complaints within 2 business days and provide a formal response within 15 business days.

6. Conflicts of Interest

Finnovate Ltd. maintains internal policies to identify, manage, and disclose potential conflicts of interest. Where a conflict cannot be effectively managed, we will decline the engagement or disclose the conflict to all affected parties.

All client information is treated as strictly confidential and disclosed only with client consent, as required by law, or to fulfil legitimate professional obligations.

Finnovate Ltd. operates in accordance with the highest standards of professional conduct, including:
